One of my favourite ramen places in Melbourne, the ability to customise every bowl to your liking is what makes every visit extra special.
The menu provides the ability to choose from a number of options across categories such as ramen oil, broth heaviness, noodle texture, type of soy sauce, type of pork, as well as other additional toppings.
The two most important factors for me are the broth and the noodles. I generally go for a heavy broth with hard noodles, and load up on a lot of toppings.
For those who are extra ramen-loving, you can also order extra noodles, which come on the side so that they don't get soggy in the bowl whilst you are enjoying the initial portion.
Not only so, there are also a selection of yummy starters whilst you wait for your customised ramen to be prepared, or to order as sides, to add onto or into your piping hot bowls of delicious ramen. My recommendations are the chicken karaage or the hand made gyozas.
